A big thank you to the residents of the Grand Cities, especially those who live along the Wild Hog Race course. You’re what makes this marathon memorable for participants, particularly those who travel from far and wide to be here. The support of the community has positively impacted the economy by over $250,000 last year and it’s what enables us to donate $30,000 each year to local charities that benefit the local youth.
To help minimize any inconvenience of our short-term road closures, we have provided a map of the course to show exactly when your neighborhood will be busy. If you’re looking to support the runners during the race, consider setting up a cheer zone in your front yard with family and friends.
